Form Instructions
Select the items you are needing to dispose of. Up to five items can be collected each service day. The additional service will be added to your next invoice. In the event you are disposing of more than one of the same item, select it based on the number you are needing to dispose of. Example, if you are throwing away three TV's, select TV three times.

If you have more than five items to dispose of, consider renting a small roll-off container from us. More information on roll-offs can be found here.
